Homemade Pita Pizza

Homemade Pita Pizza is so easy and simple to make and kids love helping to.

We love watching hockey in our house and whenever our team plays we always make a party out of it for the kids and us.

Tonight we made homemade pizza on pita.

This is so much fun for the kids and super cheap to make.

What ingredients you will need:

1 package of pita (usually comes with 5 pita's)  = $2.00

1 can of pizza sauce (or try making your own) = $1.00

1 package of your favorite cheese (we always use marble) = $5.00

and your favorite toppings

for us our kids just like cheese pizza so its pretty easy 🙂

for us we usually add:

pepperoni = $3.00

Bacon =$4.00  ( I like to lightly pre-cook the bacon before putting on pizza so its nice and crispy once done because it will cook more when in oven.

That's it.

1.) Wash your hands of course, Clean off your kitchen table so kids can help with making their own pizza

2.) Get a bowl for the cheese and grate the cheese.  Open pizza sauce, Cut up pepperoni, pre-cook bacon in our case, And chop up any veggies or any other toppings you will need and put in bowls on table.

3.) Turn the oven on to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

4.) Give the kids their own pita and let them have it with making their pita pizza.

5.) Once they are done put on a baking pan and put in oven after about 10-15minutes when cheese has melted and it looks yummy then take it out let cool and

then cut into 4 triangles please (as our daughter would say ) then eat!! 🙂
