Having Problems Saving Money? We Have the Answer!

I know, I know, Saving isn't the most fun topic to talk about and it's something that many people struggle with. The bottom line is you NEED to save, there is no question about this, you NEED to do this.

The easiest way to save is something I like to call Forced Savings and this can happen in a few different ways. The best and easiest way is payroll deductions, many employers offer RSP and other investments that gets deducted right from your paycheck, this is often the easiest way to save as you never see the money, it gets taken and deposited right away before you even see it. The best part about this is you won't even miss it!

The other type of forced savings isn't as drastic, but it's similar. Almost every bank these days will allow scheduled payments. You can scheduled a fixed amount of money to be withdrawn from your account on your pay day and have it deposited into savings account, TFSA or RSP. (or any other account you can think of). This is also a great solution for those who are not able to do payroll deductions or for those who want to deposit the money into something other then RSPs. Again, when you do this, you will not even notice the money missing. Instead of spending it on something that you may not need, you can have it safely tucked away for a rainy day.

We know savings isn't always a popular choice and is difficult, but we need to do this, so we may as well make it as easy as possible. With a forced savings plan you can make it easier on yourself and have that money tucked away for a rainy day. Don't delay, if you don't have this setup already, go out and get it setup right away!
